What Kids Really Want for Christmas

December 1, 2015

In a period of mass consumption, we see an over abundance of cell phones, flatscreens, pads and tablets. Pile that on top of too many toys, games and stuffies. Seriously count them up in your own household.

Meanwhile, according to a brilliant Ikea commerical where kids where asked to write a letter to Santa asking him what they wanted for Christmas followed by a letter to their parents asking them what they wanted from their parents - the results we refreshing.

It was simple from Santa they wanted things while from parents they wanted time. When asked if they could only send one letter it was the letter to their parents. I tested this with my kids thinking it was marketing and reached the same conclusion.

Watch the video and tear up for yourself.
